Does Britney Spears' Fiance Want To Split?

Pop star/ "X Factor" judge, 31, and her fiance Jason Tratwick, 40, may be headed for splitsville.

According to Hollyscoop, a source close to the couple says Jason wants out and Brit may be the last to know.

"Jason has told Britney's entire family that he's planning to leave her, so that Britney will have a support system when he breaks the bad news," the insider says.

Jason is allegedly waiting for the "X Factor" to wrap it up before he breaks the news to Brit, but still wants to manage her after they call it quits so they can keep the relationship strictly professional. He was formerly the singer's agent, quit his agency in 2011, dropped her as a client and took on a managerial role.

To make matters even more complicated, the long-term twosome are apparently jetsetting for the holidays. Another source says, "I haven't heard anything about [the split], but I do know they are going on vacation together for the holidays."
