Brandy's resurgence in 2012 was only the welcome mat for what's to come from the star in the new year.
The newly engaged vocalist partied the New Year away at Tao Night Club in Las Vegas, and took some time to speak on her wedding plans, 2013 resolutions, and some congratulatory words for Kim Kardashian on her recent pregnancy.
