Frank Ocean is a man of few words, but he did take to his Twitter account to address his latest arrest rumor.

As reported, Frank was pulled over and received a Notice to Appear for driving with a suspended license, speeding and for the tinted front windows. However, he was also cited for Marijuana possession.
