Produce “Largest House Track Ever” with EDM Star Avicii

Avicii, the young EDM jockey nominated for the 2013 Grammy Award (Best Dance Recording) for “Le7els” brings you a new collaborative project Avicii x You. Want the chance to be a part of his next new track? Sure yah do.

By allowing his fans and producers from across the globe to create and submit beats and sounds, one lucky producer will be part of next year’s dance hit. This project will run in five stages for up to six weeks. Each week Avicii, born Tim Bergling, will concoct a theme and participants will be expected to craft their samples according to his guidelines. Avicii will act as producer by developing the baseline, effects, melody, rhythm and vocals and each sample will be posted up for public vote. Once the sounds have been selected he will produce the tracks with all the beats, and premiere it on February 26, 2013.

All proceeds from Avicii x You will be donated to the charity foundation House for Hunger. Avicii, and his manager, Ash Pournouri, created the organization in 2011 to fight the hunger problem worldwide.

Aspiring participants of this project will be able to enter the collaboration by submitting their sounds to by February 13.
