Katt Williams Driving Around in Stolen Car?

A lawsuit filed against Katt Williams in LA County Superior Court last week alleges that the troubled comedian never actually paid for a used car he purchased, technically making it stolen property. This lawsuit pops up just three days after Williams was arrested for having been arrested before.

The vehicle in question is a 2002 Ford Expedition. Williams, who has been steadily getting himself into trouble one arrest after another these days, bought the car on October 30, 2012 from one Khosrow Gharib. For reasons incomprehensible to us, the used car salesman gave Williams the keys to the wheels before receiving the money Williams owed for the vehicle. Williams owes $7,500 for the car.

Gharib was forced to take it to court when his own attempts to reach Williams were not successful. Williams has not said anything on the topic.
