The atmosphere in Washington, D.C. still retained the fervor and excitement of the moment President Barack Obama first took oath in office four years ago.
During Martin Luther King weekend, VIBE trekked to CapItol Hill to share in the historical moment among the reported 800,000 people in attendance. The nationwide celebration attracted people of all ages and races who not only braved the frigid weather for hours to catch a glimpse of Michelle Obama's outfit or listen to Obama's inspirational speech, but believed in their own American dreams.
