Iman Shumpert — New York Knicks
Knicks swingman Iman Shumpert certainly fits the crossover appeal adidas is going for. They want to market to the audience that has a certain flair for high end, but doesn’t mind mixing it up in a basketball shoe. That’s the perfect way to describe Shump’s shoe game. He’s played in Jeremy Scott’s, which is unique unto itself. But he genuinely has a love for kicks. He won’t say which pair they were, but he admitted he once dropped six-racks on one pair.

Are you a fan of adidas Basketball's fantastic catalog of retros and can't wait to see what's coming next? Iman Shumpert is the man you want to watch because he has a habit of breaking out classics months before they hit retail like the adidas KOBE (now known as the Crazy 1) and working with custom sneaker artists to breathe new life into silhouettes like the Real Deal and Crazy 8. And who else but Shumpert would be confident enough to wear some Jeremy Scotts with the bright lights of Madison Square Garden shining on them?
