Social media has given us hilarious memes, hashtags and shortened our attention spans to 140 characters. It's also influenced some of hip-hop's biggest rappers. We've seen how Twitter has changed our perception of artists by showing off their personalities (50 Cent, Fabolous) and quirks. Jay-Z's Twitter Q&A takeover with fans on Monday (July 8) showed how much everyone is still addicted to staying connected.
