Where The Wild Things Are, 2009 —
Adapted from the legendary Maurice Sendak's 1963 children's book Where the Wild Things Are, James Gandolfini voices the impulsive Wild Thing who meets Max. Together they embark on an imaginative journey around the island inhabited by magical creatures. Gandolfini didn't do much work for kids—and this film combined live action, costumed performers, animatronics, and CGI—making it a true classic for anyone with a lively imagination.
