5 Big Obama Announcements Donald Trump Could Be Making
When we reported the news that reality TV personality Donald Trump was going to reveal a major "bombshell" tomorrow on Twitter which will rock the Obama campaign, our first instinct was to check the TV Guide listings to see if "Celebrity Apprentice" was coming back on-air soon.
While that certainly was not the case, Trump's past history of using the news to remain front and center in the headlines gives us a reason to be speculative — especially when the coiffured business mogul is about to launch another season of his NBC television show. As early as this morning (10/23) Trump was on CNBC's Squawk Box, gassing up the announcement into a hot fervor. The big bank businessman commented on the show, saying, "I do have something that's very big. It's about President Obama." Without offering any hints, the challenge has been left to us to decode what Donald Trump's announcement could possibly be.
So what is up with Trump's announcement? We offer a few guesses.

"Obama Is An Illegal Alien" —
With only 140 characters to use to make his explosive revelation, The Donald could finally give conservatives something to brag about on the way to the voting polls. By announcing that Obama is an illegal alien, the GOP could have the ammunition needed to call "The D.R.E.A.M. Act" a communist move; pound President Obama's immigration plans in the press, and distract the American voting public from Mitt Romney's co-sign tactic from last night's debates.
"I Found President Obama's Secret Diary!" —
Using Twitpic to confirm evidence of a secret diary held by the POTUS, Donald Trump could announce to his 1.6 million followers a myriad of intimate details. From how President Obama really felt about Reverend Jeremiah Wright to his private thoughts about the Benghazi fracas, The Donald and his announcement could instantly become a trending topic that could tip the scales of the November election.
"President Barack Obama Is A Practicing Muslim!" —
Much talk was made about Obama's "apology tour," and Donald Trump could seize that blurb to add weight to his powerful announcement. In calling out the POTUS about his faith and offer some sort of concrete proof, Trump could create a firestorm of controversy that would have pundits from FOX News to Current TV all weighing in with some sort of opinion.
"Obama Was Actually Born In Kenya, Not In Hawaii!" —
Donald Trump was the first prominent birther to champion the idea that President Barack Obama was not a legal citizen of the United States. His Wednesday revelation may just reveal the proof behind those claims, as Trump could have gotten his Alex Haley on, and put money into researching Obama's roots. If the claim is made that the first African American Commander-in-Chief is actually pure African, then the United States would surely be in an uproar that would sway the election majorly.
"The President Of The United States Is Actually A Cyborg!" —
You can file this one under "Ripley's Believe It Or Not!" Everyone knows that The Donald doesn't always operate in the world of reality. But to offer the public irrefutable proof that Obama is more machine than man could either make Americans mad that they were lied to, or persuade them to vote for Mitt Romney. The latter is certainly a goal the "Celebrity Apprentice" creator has in mind as we are a few weeks away from November.
