5 Reasons You Can’t Blame The Heat’s Finals Loss On LeBron

Tim Duncan and the San Antonio Spurs are sitting on top of the NBA totem, right now. His fifth NBA title makes him a living legend. His fellow international homies, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili, well they’re basically Michael Jordan in France and Argentina respectively. And if you watched the Finals, you know now at least one dude in 2014 who rocks cornrows that isn’t a lame.

But what about LeBron James? There’s so many unanswered questions: How bad was that cramp in game 1? Did Lance Stephenson really get in his head? Does going 2 for 4 in the Finals (on Miami’s roster) put him up there with the greats? He didn’t three-peat. Hell, his team was barely able to compete. But considering how fellow future Hall of Famers, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh all but disappeared in the chip, James might as well have had his old Cleveland Cavaliers teammates back.
