5 TV Shows That Will Fill Your 'Jersey Shore' Void

Keenan Higgins Posted October 10, 2012
It's official: the party is over for the cast of Jersey Shore.

With the show airing its final season this fall, a huge void will be left in ratchet television. What will the aspiring guidos, guidettes, fist-pumpers, and juiceheads watch from now on?

No worries guys. We got you covered on some new & returning TV shows that should get you that fix of drama and fun that you crave.

Check out our Jersey Shore replacements in the following gallery:

American Idol Season 12 (January 2013)

Why Watch:
Since you guys love your Jersey Shore drama, be prepared to see the mother of all reality TV fights when the infamous Nicki Minaj versus Mariah Carey showdown finally airs (we hope).

Underemployed (October 16th)

Why Watch:
If you're a loyal MTV fan, then you won't have to switch the dial for this one. Prepare to tap into your inner "young-and-gettin'-it" 20something self.

Homeland Season 2 (On Now)

Why Watch:
If you haven't seen this show yet, then you're missing out on some good television. Episode 2 alone had us on the edge of our seats. Order Showtime—ASAP!

Chrissy & Mr. Jones (On Now)

Why Watch:
It's always fun watching Chrissy & Jimmy try to get it right. They love and they argue, but then will say some funny shit in the process. We'll definitely be tuning in.

Snooki & JWOWW Season 2 (Confirmed August 2012, Air Date TBD)

Why Watch:
Honestly, there's no other show that can really "replace" Jersey Shore better than a spinoff with the show's biggest personalities. We just wonder if the cameras caught baby Lorenzo popping out.
