5 Upcoming Tours We Can't Wait For

5 Upcoming Tours We Can't Wait For

Christopher Harris Posted February 11, 2013
We weren't the only ones fiendishly hitting refresh to cop Beyonce tickets today. There's nothing like seeing your favorite artist breeze through your hometown. Whether you stand on line or keep your hand hovered over a mouse, swiping tix almost always secures a memorable night. Click through for 5 tours we're impatiently awaiting.

Beyonce
The Mrs. Carter Show Tour

When King Bey announced that she'd be embarking on the Mrs. Carter Show Tour just over a week ago, Bey Stans across the world shrieked. Venues have already sold out in anticipation of new choreography, skimpy outfits and cameos from Mr. Carter (Jay-Z, not Weezy). The road trip kicks off in mid April, but Beyonce won't hit the U.S. until late June, right in time for summer.

Taylor Swift
The Red Tour

Taylor Swift's megastar status will be on display in a city near you soon. With Taylor breaking out of her good-girl shell just a little, The Red Tour -- appropriately titled after her recent No.1 album -- looks to be her (somewhat) coming out. T-Swizzle will do 58 shows over the course of seven months. The hardest working girl in showbiz?

Rihanna
Diamonds World Tour

Just in case her 7-7-7 mini-escapade wasn't enough, Rihanna will hit even more cities this time around. The young gyal from Barbados will trek from arena to arena in North America for the Diamonds Tour, with A$AP Rocky opening up. Expect the unexpected -- and maybe a few Breezy duets?

Alicia Keys
Set the World On Fire Tour

This tour's name suggests you bring an extinguisher as a plus one. Alicia Keys has been just about everywhere lately, and starting this March that somewhere might be near you. Alicia snagged Miguel for the tour, and with his stage presence and powerful falsetto, it'll be nothing short of epic.

French Montana
Excuse My French Tour

It's early in the year, but French Montana already has the most anticipated tour in hip-hop. With Frenchie declaring his debut album Excuse my French as the album of the decade (whoa), we're on the edge of our seats, anticipating both the project and performances to come. French's two-month trek begins at the end of February, and streets are watching.
