Reason #5: DJ Khaled works with the artists he feels most comfortable with on Suffering From Success.
The problem with most compilation albums like the ones Khaled puts together is that DJs and producers have a tendency to ask for verses from whoever is hot at the moment. But on Suffering From Success, Khaled doesn't do that. Every artist featured on the album has been featured on a Khaled album in the past, which makes the album sound very familiar. There are really no random songs that leave you thinking, "Why is he on the album?" And on this kind of project, that's a good thing because you're not left skipping through songs to find one that sounds like something you want to hear.
