Could we be seeing the release of a certain Nike x Jordan reunion?
New images surfaced (via Long 7) revealing that Air Jordan will join forces with Nike again to release the White/Cement Air Jordan 3 OG—featuring the "Nike Air" logo on the back as opposed to the newer Jumpman logo.
Here's what Kicks On Fire is saying:
"The Air Jordan 3 ’88 Retro has been building a huge hype around itself by releasing the classic Nike Air back on the shoe. The Air Jordan 3 ’88 Retro just may be the shoe of the year by bringing back this OG look. As more images are beginning to surface, we can only hope."
We're not too sure if this is 100% official, but we've got to agree with KOF about it's appeal. The "Nike Air" OG's are recognized to some—including our own Online Sneaker Editor—as the "Holy Grail" of sneakers.
The White Cement OGs are expected to drop next month.
