The certified “Godfather of Trance” grew up in England and is a fully qualified chef. His dish of choice is a full English roast dinner, despite having now moved to LA. As well as entertaining in underground trance raves globally, he has also been responsible for the soundtracks to some of the huge Hollywood movies including; The Matrix, Swordfish and Bourne Identity. His favorite collaboration during his career is with self-confessed “Material Girl” Madonna. His previous work as an A&R for Champion Records allowed him to influence the early hip-hop movement, working with artists like Run DMC and Salt’N’Pepa. Later he went on to influence the dance music scene in England. His efforts were awarded by Queen Elizabeth herself for his contribution to the British music scene. His favorite part of his job is traveling the world and meeting fans in obscure places. In 1995 he became the first DJ to ever play on the main stage at Glastonbury music festival.
