Calvin Harris $46 million
Scottish born Adam Wiles (aka Calvin Harris) currently resides in LA, but frequently jets around the world to share his talent with the millions of partygoers worldwide. His face is currently plastered across the Las Vegas MGM Grand, where he has a contract to DJ for the next two years. His fees in Vegas are in the range of $300,000 a night and his sets prove popular with both the general admission fee guests and the bottle-service customers alike due to his integration of club music and pop. His popularity and hard-working attitude have meant a pretty hectic schedule, with a total of one hundred and fifty performances from January to June this year alone. His career took off through the exposure of social network site Myspace, which put him in contact with his manager Mark Gillespie. Since then he has won a Grammy and Ivor Novello Award, written songs for the likes of Florence Welch and Rihanna, and his last album 18 Months beat a record held by Michael Jackson in the UK charts. This year his entry into the Forbes list surpassed heavy weights Jay Z and Katy Perry, living the life of the rich and the famous, clearly his tattooed mantra of “enter with boldness” has worked out well for him.
