"The ATL Twins are the craziest White boys I ever met," says Gucci, who met the twins in Atlanta. "The fact that they share everything—they were engaged to the same woman, too! Crazy!" Friend and fellow ‘Slumerican’, rapper Yelawolf, is equally intrigued. "Around 2009 I started to hang with them and we became good homies... their lifestyle was so fucking crazy," he says. "I told them I wanted to manage them or do a reality show around them."
"Our original goal was to just be good enough at skating so we could land endorsement deals," they said. "Seeing [Yelawolf] get big inspired us. We knew if we wanted it, we could get it too."
Be careful dropping names around these guys—they’ll be the first to call you out on it. Back downstairs, a girl in the room breaks the rule first. "I was hanging out with (Pro Skater/Artist) Chad Muska last week in L.A." she said with her spritely voice. "Seriously? We love him! Call him up right now, get him on the phone, we need to fuck with that guy!" Moments later they’re on the phone telling him about plans to come to L.A., adding his number into a contact list which already includes Selena Gomez, Vanessa Hudgens and Gucci Mane. "We voice what we want and it works"
