Reason #1: Drake is representing all the other rappers who constantly rep for Jordan Brand.
Michael Jordan is obviously the guy who helped make Air Jordans popular in the first place. But over the years, rappers have done a lot to keep them popular. They've worn them. They've created anthems about them. And they've talked about their love for Air Jordans at length in interviews. So it's only right for Jordan Brand to bring a rapper into the mix. And whether you like it or not, it's a good look for hip-hop whenever a rapper like Drake gets acknowledged by a company like Jordan Brand.
