Happy New Year! Jay-Z & Coldplay Ring in 2013 From Barclays Center
Jay-Z and Coldplay kicked off 2013 with a performance at Brooklyn's Barclays Center. The two acts counted down the New Year as DJ Cassidy spun tunes for the crowd. The D’USSE, Jay-Z's cognac of choice, VIP section lounge hosted Christina Aguilera, Victor Cruz, Jake Gyllenhaal, Adrienne Bailon and more. Hov and Coldplay sang "Auld Lang Syne" with the help of Coldplay frontman Chris Martin's wife Gwyneth Paltrow, kids Apple and Moses and singer Bridget Kelly. (Watch the video here.) The party continued in the VIP lounge even after Jigga closed off the night with "Empire State of Mind."
