Speaking of home, you actually lived in NYC last summer right?
As someone who isn’t from either New York or L.A., which city do you enjoy more and why?
Oh I’d probably say New York. I’ve spent more time there because I went to college there and I’d always spend time in the city. New York is so uptempo, there’s no city like it. You get the feel of it once you get off the plane. I love everything about LA as well, but it’s the heart of New York City. Nothing is like it.
Correct me if I’m wrong. but you didn’t play any summer ball tournaments while in NYC did you?
Nah. I was bouncing around, so while I was there all I had time for was working out. That and I kept traveling back and forth in forth between New York and Phoenix, so I didn’t get to play.
What’s good, you need me to make a call? We got too much of a culture for you to live here and not get buckets somewhere.
(Laughs) Next summer, definitely. I plan to get on a team. I’ve always wanted to, I know how it gets with summer ball in the city.
