Jay Z is no stranger to public transport. Last October, the "Holy Grail" rapper took the New York City subway's Brooklyn-bound R train to the final show of his Barclays Center residency. A year later he's doing it again, across the pond and with some friends in tow.
Hov is currently in London for a four-night run at the O2 Arena. On Saturday, Jay Z, Timbaland and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin climbed aboard London's Jubilee Line at the Waterloo stop and traveled like normal citizens to the North Greenwich stop for The O2 Arena.
Martin would eventually come out towards the end of Hov's set to perform "Heart Of The City (Ain't No Love)," off Hov's 2001 album The Blueprint, as Timbaland spun in the back. Check out that footage below and more snapshots of Jay Z and company's wild ride in the gallery ahead.
The Magna Carta world tour continues through Europe until the Oct. 29 stop in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. It kicks off its stateside run on Nov. 30 in Saint Paul, Minn.
