Kick Drop: Timberland ’61 Cupsole Boot

/ February 11, 2013

Timberland gives their classic boot a refined look with the launch of the new Earthkeepers® Newmarket 6-Inch Cupsole boot.

The biggest difference in the latest 6-Inch remodel is the lightweight cupsole, which presents itself as a cool alternative for those who don’t retire their boots come spring/summer. The lining is also made from recycled plastic bottles, providing breathability through eco-conscious recycled rubber.

Full specs below:

—Upper is 100% leather from a tannery rated Silver for its eco-conscious production practices
—Padded collar for a comfortable fit around the ankle
—100% recycled PET laces
—100% PET mesh lining made from recycled plastic bottles is comfortable and breathable
—Green Rubber™ outsole is made with 42% recycled rubber with a siped forefoot for better traction

The ’61 Cupsole is available now on for $120, so go cop if you like being light on your feet.
