2. Don't judge me based on what I do; judge me based on who I am.
Often times, when I'm first starting to deal with somebody and we have an argument or a disagreement, the first thing I realize is that they think they're dealing with Laz, the actor, and not Laz, the person. If I don't bring up my job during an argument, why are you bringing it up? I don't bring up your job, do I? And then girls are always quick to say, "You're too Hollywood," but that's not actually true. Usually, it's actually them that have that in their head but that's not the way I'm approaching the situation at all.
