The Moment: In late January, Wiz Khalifa took his hit single, "Black & Yellow," all the way back to his Steel City roots by performing the track before the AFC Championship between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the New York Jets.
Our Reaction: Wiz enjoyed plenty of great moments—both personally and professionally—thanks to the success of "Black & Yellow." And this was the moment the song became a national phenomenon. Not many rappers get to perform their songs at NFL games or sporting events as a whole. So this was definitely a special moment for Wiz and hip-hop as a whole.
