Celebrities and journalists have a love/hate relationship... trust us. Things go left when stars start accusing the media of going too far with coverage or overstepping boundaries. Case in point: Nicki Minaj v. Access Hollywood. After Nicki ignored one of her questions, online correspondent Laura Saltman vented about the experience, calling Minaj unprofessional. Shortly after, Access Hollwyood's Billy Bush chimed in, calling Minaj the “female Kanye.”
This ruh-oh moment not only prompted a Twitter clap-back from Nicki, but also bad press for both parties. Could Saltman have kept her opinion to herself? Sure. Could Nicki have politely declined the question? That, too. But cooler heads rarely prevail in the heat of the moment.
