Hennessy held a private ceremony in Long Island City, NY to celebrate the success of 2 Chainz's album Based On A T.R.U. Story. Def Jam President, Joie Manda and Senior Vice President, Sean "Pecas" Costner were on hand to present Tity Boi with Gold plaques for "Birthday Song" and "I'm Different," and a Platinum plaque for "No Lie" featuring Drake.
