Reason #3: This is the perfect time for her to start recording new music again with a clean slate.
When JoJo first started recording her third album, she was only 16. 16! Can you imagine what some of the songs she recorded back then probably sounded like? Now, she's 23 and her sound has evolved and is a lot more grown-up than it used to be.
When she starts work on her new album, she can incorporate that sound into the mix and use her fresh start to introduce both her old and new fans to the new JoJo. She's essentially going to be able to hit the "Reset" on her career with Atlantic.
