Camouflage print reigns as one of the most popular materials used in modern clothing design—literally making its way into a majority of recent brand collections. However, PUMA by MIHARAYASUHIRO finds a way to transform the ever-popular pattern into an artistic capsule collection for Spring/Summer 2013.
Referred to as "The Pop-Art Camouflage Collection," each product featured—including a sneaker, tote bag, and backpack (seen above)—carries a vivid design platform that somewhere finds an animated balance between Andy Warhol & Keith Haring. The sole on the sneaker is where MIHARAYASUHIRO's craftsmanship gets a chance to really shine. There's a noticeable alteration that's purposely designed to "rise" into the side panel, and in the process makes for a completely innovative idea.
The collection ranges from £125 ($162.62 USD) to £150 ($195.15 USD) over at Brown Fashion, so head over there if you're feeling the look.
