Kerry Washington stars as Olivia Pope, a sassy media relations consultant to the President who leaves her role at the White House to start her own firm.
Tracee Ellis Ross and Malcolm Jamal Warner join BET's line up of sitcoms this fall with Reed Between the Lines. The show is described as the ups and downs of a happily married couple, raising three kids. Malcolm plays a stay–at–home dad and an online NYU professor holding down the fort while Ross is a therapist. Reed Between The Lines premieres October 11th on BET.
Hopefully JJ Abrams' Person of Interest will have a better fate than Undercovers. It's a scifi thriller about a mysterious billionaire who helps an ex-CIA agent, presumed dead, to fight crime in New York City vigilante style. Here's the kicker: The duo will be using state-of-the-art surveillance technology to unravel the mystery of the person of interest and stop the crime before it happens.
Person of Interest premieres on CBS on September 22.
"Hell On Wheels" is a post Civil War drama that centers around Cullen Bohannon (Anson Mount), a former Confederate solider who decides to enact revenge on a group of corrupted Union officials responsible for his wife's murder. But in order to retaliate, he will have to work and travel with the construction unit of the transcontinental railroad. Common also stars as a half-black, half-white ex slave.
Grimm is a unique detective drama because it draws on famous children's fairytales for inspiration. Portland homicide Detective Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli)discovers he is descendent from an elite line of criminal profilers known as "Grimms" (think the Brothers Grimm) charged with keeping balance between humanity and the mythological creatures.

America's Favotire serial killer returns to Showtime for Dexter, season 6. Mos Def joins the cast as an ex-con who claims to have found religion but always seems to be surrounded by violence.
Dexter season 6 begins on Oct 2.
Pop culture's most famous crime fighting squad is back, Miami style. The new ladies will take on the scum of South Beach in ABC's version of Charlie's Angels, co-executive produced by Drew Barrymore.
