New Music – The White Mandingos – The Ghetto is Tryna Kill Me – Fat Beats
Though there have been a lot of genre-bending combinations in these recent years (rap/dubstep, hip-hop/trap, pop/electronic), never has there been the combo “rap/garage punk”…until now. The White Mandingos (a.k.a. Murs, Darryl Jenifer and Sacha Jenkins SHR) dropped the first track off their upcoming debut album The Ghetto is Tryna Kill Me today, which spits some sick rhymes in the beginning followed by some raging guitar.
Get it: June 11 on Fat Beats
