Hip-hop fans in the City of Brotherly Love were hit with a shocker last night at the Watch The Throne tour. During his set, Mr. West went into a medley of “Runaway” and “Heartless,” but the kicker camer when he dedicated his performance to his ex-girlfriend Amber Rose.

“To the city of Philly, I want to thank y’all for making the incredible person that this song was made for…,” Kanye said to the crowd.

Kanye has remained pretty silent on his feelings about his ex, since their breakup in the summer of 2010.

Amber talked about her past relationship with Kanye in VIBE’s June/July issue.

“Kanye would always tell be how beautiful I was and that I was going to be iconic. He always said that, ‘Baby, you are iconic. You don’t understand what you have. I didn’t. I didn’t understand it.”

“What am I supposed to do? Crawl up in a corner and die ’cause I’m not with Kanye anymore? Am I supposed to go back to the strip club and not take these opportunities that I have?”
