The Contest entry period opens on May 1, 2005 at 12:01/EST and is open to legal residents of the United States, other than current residents of California, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. This Contest is void where prohibited by federal, state or local law. No purchase necessary to enter or redeem the Grand Prize. Entrants must be twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry to participate in the contest. To enter the contest, complete and submit a "Mix It Up" with RémyRed® contest entry form postmarked no later than July 31, 2005 and received by August 8, 2005 or log on to http://www.vibe.com to submit your entry online. Limit one (1) entry per flavor per person. Only one (1) of the three RémyRed® flavors can make up the main flavor of any drink recipe. Recipes will be judged for a total of 90 points on each of the following criteria: creativity (30 points), taste (30 points) and uniqueness (30 points). The contestant whose recipe achieves the highest point total for a flavor recipe will be declared the Grand Prize winner for that flavor. Three (3) Grand Prize winners (one (1) winner per RémyRed flavor) will be selected from all eligible entrants. All taxes involved with acceptance of prizes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winners. Winners who entered by regular mail shall be notified by regular mail or by telephone. Winners who entered on-line will be notified by e-mail. The notification will contain instructions advising of the steps that must be followed to claim and secure the prize. All winners/winning entries are subject to verification.
