Nick Cannon moves fast, especially when it pertains to his “Dimepiece.” In fact, he only needs 10 minutes with a young lady to lay his game down right and make an impression. Vibe.com and Crest recently teamed up to give the comedian/actor/rapper a chance to spend time Wild ‘N Out with five alluring young ladies in its Speed Dating With Nick Cannon event at the Gypsy Tea nightclub in New York City.

Vibe.com pre-selected five young ladies from the New York City area for the speed dating event, leaving out one important detail: the speed dater would be none other than Nick Cannon.

Each young lady had 10 minutes alone with Cannon in a mood-lit corner lounge of the Gypsy Tea - while over-the-top 80’s and 90’s R&B music played - where the young star was waiting with questions about style, faith, hygiene and what the contestants look for in a guy.

The first young lady was Jayde Steele, a journalist and budding model from Queens, New York. With her bright red lipstick and her contagious laugh, Jayde scored points off the bat for telling Nick about her hygiene practices, which included brushing her teeth after every meal.

The next young lady was Nally Cruz from Queens. The blond bombshell seemed pleasantly surprised in the initial few seconds of meeting Nick and the two ended up sharing quite a bit of laughs together. When Nick asked Nally to do something crazy, she did an impromptu dance, which the comedian enjoyed.

Nick next met the fashionable Christine Mercado from the Bronx. Christine seemed star-struck when she first saw Nick, but she settled down to enjoy her 10 minutes with Nick. Although she was a bit nervous throughout, she liked the fact that Nick could make her laugh.

The very sophisticated looking Julienne Gutierrez, who is originally from Arkansas, but now resides in Brooklyn, was surprised as well. Nick seemed mostly intrigued by her Arkansas upbringing and her pleasant, mild-mannered demeanor.

Finally, Dominique Andriese from Mt. Vernon, had her chance to speed date with Nick. The two had a nice conversation, highlighted with laughter from each side. Nick seemed pleased by Dominique’s energetic answer to his questions about faith and hygiene practices.

As the final speed date closed, Nick and the 5 contestants, oversized toothbrushes in hand, assembled in a different area of the nightclub, where after deliberation the star of Wild ‘N Out announced his decision.

As Nick glazed some Crest Whitening Plus Scope Extreme on Dominique’s toothbrush, he explained his reasons for choosing her. “She wasn’t playing up to the cameras and was just being herself,” Nick said.
