Solange Knowles is following the heels of big sis Beyonce who graced advertising campaigns for Emporio Armani Diamonds last year. This year her little sis is stepping into the spotlight, releasing her sophomore album “Sol-Angel and the Hadley Street Dreams” on August 26th and can also be spotted representing Giorgio Armani’s signature collection, Armani Jeans. Solange and B? Definitely know how to keep it in the family.




 

Heart Breaker

Disturbia queen Rihanna has been helmed the new face of Gucci’s first ad campaign in collaboration with UNICEF (United Nation’s Children’s Fund). After rocking the house at Gucci’s Fundraiser event last year, the company’s creative director Frida Giannini was convinced that it was a match made in heaven. “I think Rihanna is perfect for this campaign.  Her talent, beauty and optimism perfectly represent the positive attitude that I hope will show in the campaign, which supports a cause we both truly believe in – children,” explains Giannini. The campaign, appropriately titled “Tattoo Heart” will debut in December, and will showcase Rihanna modeling special edition products emblazed with tattoo-inspired heart motifs. 25% of sales will be donated to UNICEF.
