The simplicity of style is what I love most about the summer season. A Hanes five-pack of tank tops jazzed up with accessories are the staple when it’s too unbearably hot to wear anything else. But Shelly Steffee’s neon-bright mesh tanks take the cake. Super-funky colors along with the light and airy fabric are definitely a couple steps up from the basic white tee (what we should always strive for).
