Election day may be over but it seems Barack Obama and Mitt Romney will stay related for life.
A 20-year-old mother gave birth to two healthy baby boys at the Siaya District Hospital in southwest Kenya, the Standard reports. Millicent Owuor says she dubbed the twins the re-elected President and his Republican opponent to always remind her of the presidential race in the United States.
The hospital is also in the vicinity of Kogelo, where President Obama's father was born and his 90-year-old grandmother Sarah Obama resides. The Kenyan natives rejoiced with jubilant chants of "Hail our Kogelo son" and "Obama is coming, open the road for him" when Barack secured his second term as Head-of-State.
"If Obama did not win, I believe most projects here would stall," Joseph Onyango told the Kenyan media outlet.
Should the Prez decide to return to the motherland, maybe a visit to his namesake can be arranged.
