Curren$y Talks Hip-Hop’s SXSW Takeover And Signing to Warner Bros: ‘Nothing Has Changed’
Last night, Curren$y closed out the VIBE x Cashmere House Smokers Club showcase at SXSW 2011. The VIBE staff held down the smoky press room (thanks Currensy!) as Big K.R.I.T., Smoke Dza, Dom Kennedy, Surf Club, Kendrick Lamar, Jay Rock, Killa Kyleon and of course Currensy (along with others) rocked the stage.
Spitta lit one up and spoke about Hip-Hop’s dominating presence at this year’s SXSW 2011 and staying true to his style, despite signing to a major label.
