The Goods: The Newest Must-Have For Any iPod Owner

Audio accessories company Belkin specializes in helping you bring your iPod playlist on the road. It's one of the reasons they developed one of the first devices to allow you to play your iPod directly through your car stereo. And after months of delays, they're finally ready to change the way you play your iPod again. Their brand-new Belkin TuneCast Auto LIVE is designed to play your iPod through your car's radio and speakers without any problem. That's because provided you've got an iPod Touch or an iPhone you can also download the ClearScan LIVE app through iTunes that allows you to scan your radio to get the clearest frequency to play your iPod. It also uses the GPS on iPhones to help the process go even more smoothly. So unless you've already got a way to plug your iPod directly into your car stereo (or you're still using the good old CD-to-cassette-tape adapter (ha!), the Belkin system is more than worth the $80 it'll set you back. Check for it in stores now.--Chris Yuscavage

Nicki Minaj Lists Dream Collaborations "If There Is An Album"

Nicki Minaj is celebrating the release of her Fendi collaboration but while the Queens native is promoting the partnership, she's also answering questions on her suspected retirement from music. The Shade Room interviewed the "Megatron" rapper on her announcement to which Minaj said she had to re-think her decision to share that with the masses.

"When I posted that retirement tweet, I knew that I still had music that I already had recorded that was still going to come out, so the retirement was kind of talking about my album, meaning 'do I want to go back and record my fifth album?'" she noted before adding, "I always get asked to do features and I like features. So it was really about the fifth album."

In terms of new music, Minaj touched on a song she recorded with Kanye West. What started out in one direction has reportedly taken a turn, she said. “What’s funny is that I did a song with Kanye, that he now wants to transform into a gospel song," she said. "I done wrote three different verses chile, and I don’t know. We ain’t seeing eye to eye on it. I don’t know, but of course, I love and respect Kanye, and Kim, we’ll see what happens with that.”

She also mentioned collaborating with DaBaby, Gunna, and Megan Thee Stallion, plus more unexpected content. "If there's an album there would be other surprises," she said before giving a hearty laugh. Listen to the interview below.

You know when you’re a little girl and you want this big beautiful wedding, and I used to think I was one of those girls, I always wanted the fairytale. But then the things that used to matter to you don’t matter as much because I remember wanting those things with people, where real love wasn’t there. So now I feel like now that everything has finally lined up and matched up being that I’m madly in love with this man, he’s also my best friend, the things that used to matter to me before, don’t matter as much now. So yes, we’re going to have a big wedding eventually.” She also expressed how deeply in love she is right now, and the importance of——click the link in the bio to read more at TheShadeRoom.com

DaBaby Gives Homeless Mother $1,000

DaBaby is paying it forward for the overflow of blessings he's encountered this year. The North Carolina native made life a little bit easier for a fan who revealed she's been sleeping in her car with her toddler son. After waiting for three hours outside of his pop-up in Atlanta, Ga., Amanda Rose and her child approached the 27-year-old with hats that she sells.

While DaBaby didn't purchase her knitted creations, he gave her $1,000 and advised her to sell those hats to other customers, The New York Post reports. Before taking a photo, the fan was overwhelmed with emotion, stating, "This is my son, we are sleeping wild bro. Thank you so much." According to the Post, the 23-year-old and son have been taking shelter in her Nissan Maxima.

The gesture arrived weeks after DaBaby's sophomore album, Kirk, landed at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.

In a cover story with Billboard, DaBaby shared that his project was inspired by his father who recently passed away. "Trying to drop this album and dedicating it to him, the cover being a baby picture and the shit being on billboards in Times Square, being able to tell the world my story—and they’re so interested, too?" he said. "Like the whole world is interested in how influential my pops was to me. This sh*t right here been more therapeutic than anything."
