Tiger Woods Scores a Post-“Transgressions” Video Game

Plenty of people have turned their back on Tiger Woods over the course of the last few months. Since his “transgressions” came to light shortly after an incident at his home on Thanksgiving, sponsors have dropped him, his wife’s left him and he’s allegedly been spending his time kicking a sex addiction at a Mississippi rehab clinic. Apparently, EA Sports could care less. Despite his troubles off the golf course, the creators of the Tiger Woods series of golf video games recently confirmed they will retain him for Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11. Good for them. Then again, did they really have an alternative?

The game drops in June on the Wii, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and iPhone/iPod Touch. Our advice to EA: Include Rachel Uchitel, Jamie Grubbs and the rest of Tiger’s extracurricular ladies as special characters. It’d totally be worth the “Mature” rating. Chris Yuscavage
