EXTRA, EXTRA: Lost Nicki Minaj Quotes (PG. 2)

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

I had a dream that I should go with Wayne and that’s what I did. I’ve never regretted it. Now…I mean I’m just a business savvy person by nature and I weigh out all my decisions. The average person hears $50,000 and jumps. I hear $50,000 and, you know, I need an explanation with it. I need details, and I’ll probably be like that about $50 million. Most artists at my stage in the game don’t have a business manager. I have a business manager. I’m talking about and looking over my finances on a regular basis. I’m not doing this to be flashy I’m doing this to secure wealth. Not cash. They’re two different things. I’ve made calculated decisions and people don’t always understand my process but they always get it later...I’m wrong every now and then but I’m usually right when it comes to things like that.

ON RECORDING WITH MARIAH CAREY

That was insane! I mean let alone I’m a huge fan and she’s a huge icon. No album out! Female. Rapper. Doesn’t happen. That does not happen. I don’t care how far back you look. I dare any hip-hop historian to tell me when that has ever happened. It doesn’t.  And I still don’t know why it did.

DISS HER, YOU’LL NEVER GET A REPLY FOR IT

My diss record is my success rate, and how much I can charge to be somewhere for 30 minutes. That’s my diss record. The fact that I can pay your mortgage for a year in 30 minutes. That’s my diss record. That diss record makes everyone go ooooooh word nicki went in! That’s all I need.

NOT YOUR AVERAGE CHICK

I am way too much for a man. I’m like a boy myself, so all my male friends they like me because I’m like them, and they cant say dumb shit they can say to another regular girl, because I don’t believe it. I don’t buy it. I talk that shit myself just like them. I talk money shit just like them, nothing they can say impresses me. Mainly I think I just call their bluff, and I kind of intimidate them. But I love them nevertheless! They do have something going for themselves.

GIRL TALK

If I say I only stop for pedestrian and a real, real bad lesbian—did that say and then I go home and have sex with that lesbian? I just embrace all people of all lifestyles and I don’t tell them they are bad people. And I say girls are beautiful and girls are sexy and they need to be told that, and if they don’t have anyone to tell them that and mean it, I’m gonna tell them that. But I feel like people always wanna define me and I don’t wanna be defined.

Cardi B Defends "Twerk" Video Against Conservative

Cardi B teamed up with the City Girls for their sexy "Twerk" video, in which the Miami and Bronx women twerked along the beautiful beaches with other buxom black and brown babes.

Some loved the videos, others not so much. One naysayer conservative Washington, D.C. video columnist took to Twitter to challenge Cardi b and other liberal women on how the provocative video will help during the #MeToo movement.

In the Era of #meToo how exactly does this empower women? Leftists, @iamcardib , feel free to chime in. THX .. pic.twitter.com/59fyDxrYAz

— Stephanie Hamill (@STEPHMHAMILL) January 21, 2019

Cardi B saw the tweet and responded to Hamill directly telling the former Trump national diversity coalition advisor that what a woman wears has no bearing on how much respect she should be given.

"It says to women that I can wear and not wear whatever I want. do whatever I want and that NO still means," the "I Like It" rapper tweeted. "So Stephanie chime in..If I twerk and be half naked does that mean I deserve to get raped and molested? I want to know what a conservative woman like you thinks."

Cardi B has been making ground in the political arena after commenting on the U.S. partial shutdown. However, since then the "Bodak Yellow" artist admits she's received negativity ever since. She insists she's not trying to change anyone's political preferrance.

All these conservatives been harassing me and telling me the most disgusting things these past few days.Listen I’m not telling ya to turn liberal all I’m saying is to admit that your president is fuckin up this country right now! Liberal or conservative we ALL suffer as citizens.

Woman Denies Chris Brown's Involvement In Reported Rape

A woman has come forward to clear Chris Brown's name after he was reportedly detained in Paris on a rape accusation.

On Monday (Jan. 21) a woman by name of Kim Ford shared several messages on her Instagram story, denying claims that Brown and his security guard abused an unidentified woman. Ford says "nothing happened" but she was hit by a man who wasn't the "Undecided" singer. Ford also denies being the one who accused the artist of sexual assault.

"I am not the person who said Chris Brown raped them," she said. "I was there but nothing happened and the man who hit me had no relation to Chris Brown."

Earlier reports claimed an unidentified woman alleges that she met Brown at a Parisian night club in rue de Ponthieu, near the Champs-Elysées, on the night of Jan. 15 into Jan. 16, before heading back to his room at the La Mandarin Oriental.

Brown was recently spotted taking in the festivities of Paris Fashion Week, and smooching rumored flame, Ammika Harris. The “Undecided” singer shared video from dance rehearsal in the French city over the weekend.

VIBE has reached to Ford about her comments.

He has not commented on the reported rape allegation.

See Ford's claims below.

Not Sicko Mode: Nick Cannon Says Travis Scott Isn't For The Culture

Nick Cannon takes great issue with Travis Scott performing at the Super Bowl but says for Big Boi, it's okay.

During a sitdown with TMZ's Raquel Harper, the host of Masked Singer said "I'm Kaepernick all day," but said Scott doesn't have enough "cultural equity" to perform during Super Bowl LIII halftime show.

"To me, I call it cultural equity. So we're not mad at Big Boi for performing at the Super Bowl. He's for the people," 38-year-old Cannon explained. "[For Scott] he has to walk gingerly."

Harper followed up and questioned Cannon, to which he further explained having a child with Kylie Jenner also reduced his "cultural equity."

"It's more about truly having integrity in your music and in your art form. The people you choose to interact with. The people you choose to procreate with. That decision wasn't for the culture. But we not mad at you," Cannon said.

Harper reminded Cannon he's dated a few white women in his past, to which Cannon then looked into the camera and shouted: "I love white women."

The New England Patriots will face off against the Los Angeles Rams, Sunday, Feb. 3 for Super Bowl LIII. Maroon 5 along with Travis Scott and Big Boi are set to take the stage at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. Out of respect for Colin Kaepernick, several artists declined to perform including Rihanna, Cardi B and JAY-Z who reportedly tried to talk Scott out of it.

After Scott agreed to perform, reports revealed he spoke with Kaepernick about the decision. Kaepernick's longtime girlfriend Nessa Diab took to social media to blast Scott and say it was a lie.
