Faith Evans Sentenced To Three Years Probation Following DUI Arrest
Faith Evans has escaped jail time once again. The former Bad Boy diva was arrested back in August for a DUI after suspicion of drunken driving at a checkpoint in Marina Del Rey, California.
Los Angeles City Attorney's Office spokesperson Frank Mateljan told MTV News that Evans was sentenced Monday (Nov. 29) to three years of probation after pleading no contest to one misdemeanor count of reckless driving.
Back in 2004, the Grammy-nominated singer dodged a jail sentence by entering a 13-week pretrial drug-abuse intervention program after being arrested for drug possession in Atlanta.
Evans' sixth studio album Something About Faith is in stores now.
