VIBE: Season 2 of Basketball Wives seems like it will be jammed packed with drama. What can viewers we expect?

It’s drama-filled but there are some family moments you get to see these women as girlfriends, mothers and friends starting relationships or trying to figure out what’s going on in their relationships.

It’s a great idea, how did you come up with the idea for the show?

Well during the years of all the basketball arenas and places that I’ve traveled to and even the questions I got from some of my girlfriends people were always curious about my life. I’d get questions like, ‘What’s so and so like? Do you guys hang out? What do they do? What do you do?’ That kind of thing. It was just easy an easy concept to come up with because so many were questions were asked of me. Plus, I have so much in common with the other wives it’s like a true sisterhood. And with the whole reality TV thing being hot, I was like, ‘This is a great idea.’ I’ve always had really good creative ideas especially in the entertainment world. I worked in marketing at FOX when I met Shaquille so it felt natural for me to come up with different ideas that work.

Do you have any new shows that will be hitting the air soon.

I have a couple of more shows that I’m currently shopping. It’s been a lot easier since I’ve had success with the two shows so far. Now people kind of trust my judgment about what’s good TV right now. But I definitely have more ideas and stuff that’s on the table.
