Fly Or Fail? H&M Develops New ‘Waste’ Collection Using Lanvin Scraps

H&M is recycling old fabrics from their collection with fashion designer Lanvin. After vowing to stop thrashing their old apparel, they’ve aptly named the new line Waste. Although the idea is right along the lines of going green, is the line a fashion sensation or fashion failure?

The Huffington Post reports that H&M has transformed Lanvin’s classy line, full of floral prints, layered short skirts, and bright one shoulder dresses, into color blocked tunics, patterned jackets and striped skirts. The new collection doesn’t seem as fun or visually appealing as its predecessor.

Would you rock these recovered looks?
