Jimmy Fallon’s Late Night Renewed For Season 3

Jimmy Fallon has proven that he is a force to be reckoned with in the late night talk show arena. Late Night with Jimmy Fallon will return for a third season. According to Entertainment Weekly, Fallon’s contract was renewed earlier this year, binding him to the show until early 2012, at least. 

 Fallon’s ratings were up 16 percent, averaging 1.8 million viewers per show. NBC’s other late night shows, Last Call with Carson Daly and Jay Leno’s  The Tonight Show were also renewed for another season.
