Jill Scott reveals her weight loss plan in the latest issue of Us Weekly. The singer who dropped her Light Of The Sun album last week shares that’s she’s down 63lbs and plans to keep the momentum going. With the help of Scott Parker, the mommy of one foresees dropping more pounds but vows to “never be a stick figure.”

And what’s her motivation? Her two-year-old son Jett.

‘There’s a world of discovery in his eyes, and I want to be around to enjoy it,’ she said.

If you want to get into a healthy lifestyle like Jill, the trick is eating three low fat meals a day and doing three 60-minute cardio and strength training sessions three times a week.
