Big Sean Says His Next Album Will Be '10x Better' Than 'Finally Famous'
Big Sean paid a visit to his hometown radio station, Chicago's Power 92, and spoke about the upcoming G.O.O.D. Music album as well as his sophomore release coming soon.
"Kanye was like yo we got the illest people in the world on the label, and I been telling him that we need to do like a group thing, you know what I'm saying, like a group album, and he was like yo since my album came out, since he just did Watch The Throne, he was like the next thing we should do is a G.O.O.D. Music album," said Big Sean.
"It's gonna be a real ass album, you know, me Kanye, Common, Pusha T, John Legend, everybody, Kudi, Everybody man it's gonna be nuts," he added.
Sean also said that his fans can expect his next album to release right after the G.O.O.D. Music group album, and guarantees that it will be better than his debut.
"The next album's gonna be 10x better man. It's gonna be like more introspective, more storytelling, it's gonna have them bangers on there. I think with this album [Finally Famous] I wanted to establish a good relationship with radio. I wanted to establish a good relationship and take it beyond just my mixtape circuit that I was popular in," he said.
His debut Finally Famous peaked at number 1 on the Billboard Rap Albums chart and number 3 on the US Billboard 200 chart. Big Sean is also still making his rounds on his I AM Finally Famous World Tour, hitting cities such as Denver, Miami, and Seattle through December. - Natelege Whaley
