Vixen New Year's Resoulutions
Every Vixen should have a few New Year’s Resolutions. And because no true Vixen ignores the interconnectedness of Mind, Body, and Spirit here are few resolutions to consider.
Take some time out to do some things for yourself that will cultivate your mind. Art exhibits, travel, a Broadway play, delving into a few novels, learning something new in a class, seminar or workshop will take you a long way in 2012.
Exercise. Figure out a fun way to do it, and stick to a program. Your body will thank you. You can find tons of ways to include a workout into your schedule. Dancing at home, a morning jog, joining a gym, pole dancing classes. Chose something that works for your lifestyle. Meditations. Commit to being silent and still. Even if you start with just 3 minutes per day. Focus your attention on gratitude, and honing positive energy. You may start with this simple mantra. “Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, Courage to change the things I can, And wisdom to know the difference.”
