Beauty Bar: A Review of Nicki Minaj’s Nail Collection

From left, Did it On 'Em, Fly, Pink Friday, Metallic 4 Life, Save Me, and Super Bass.

Here’s a quick breakdown:
Did It On ‘Em: A lime color perfect for fun in the sun or showing off warm style during the chilly winter months. This color brings out the kid in me.
Fly: My absolute favorite. An aqua color that evokes feelings of summertime fun. In a word, it’s uber chic.

Pink Friday: Seriously, bubblegum pink colors instantly make me feel like a girl. Carefree. Fun. Sophisticated. What does this mean for you? An instant party in a bottle. Genius.

Metallic 4 Life: I’m in love with Nicki’s Moment 4 Life song, but this charcoal sparkle is my least favorite. I appreciated the silver sparkle, but was slightly confused about the dark nail color. I think I’d like this more if the shade were an actual metallic color…not black. This one is definitely a shout out to Mr. Roman.

Save Me: I’ve never been a huge silver-rainbow glitter girl, but this one is cute and very inoffensive. I applied this one on my fingers for extra fun.

Super Bass: Shatter nail polishes are the newest craze, and this one hits the mark. Not only is the purple color an instant standout, but the shatter looks great over anycolor. I tried it over neutrals to be safe, but next time I’m going bold!Honestly each shade in the collection is pretty cool; however, the best feature is the exclusive ProWide™ brush that provides a smooth, easy application. Wanna try? Each nail lacquer is $8.50 and can be found in JCPenney, Pure Beauty, Regis, Trade Secret, and ULTA.
