Snoop Dogg is showing his support for women’s football with some serious bucks.

The “Drop It Like It’s Hot” rapper joined forces with the newly-formed Lady Arena Football League (LAFL) by becoming a partial owner of the Los Angeles Rideretts.

Snoop, who has previously formed a successful youth football team, purchased shares in the Rideretts which joins the league full of teams from Houston, New Orleans, Kansas City and St. Louis.

With its first season beginning in May, the LAFL will place female athletes in lingerie-style uniforms to compete in full contact football games. The 8-on-8 games are set to follow the same rules of the National Arena Football team. – Jazmine Gray
